List of documents required for TP80:

• CMR - international consignment note;
• Invoice;
• List of packaging and cargo specifications;
• Technical passports of the vehicle and trailer;
• Driver's license;

Information required for TP80:

• Additional information is required:
• The name of the entry point of the border into Ukraine.
• The name of the border crossing point from Ukraine.
• Valid driver's phone number.
• If the commodities are more expensive than EUR 300,000, or it is alcohol, it is possible that an escort will be needed. If an escort is required, it is mandatory to agree with the client on the cost of the escort and receive a written confirmation of registration.
• We do not issue TR-80 cigarettes.

What else should you know about this service?

Registering commodities without TIR carnets:
A transit declaration and a document ensuring payment of customs duties shall be issued for certain groups of commodities. If the amount of the customs duties does not exceed EUR 1000, the guarantee shall not be granted. Important information - the driver needs original documents, so the customs broker must be at the border crossing point.

Procedure for the handling of customs documents at the checkpoint:
1. Border control passage;
2. Passage of control services (environmental, radiological, sanitary, phytosanitary, veterinary control);
3. Registration of the transit declaration/financial guarantee with the intermediary;
4. Implementation of the one-time payment of the toll, completion of registration with customs inspectors.
