January 14 - planned information systems update work

We would like to inform you that on January 14, starting at 6:00 a.m. (Lithuanian time), we will begin scheduled updates to our information systems. These updates are essential to improve the quality of our services and ensure even more efficient processing of your orders in the future.

Please note that during the update process:

  • Orders will be accepted through the usual channels – via email at orders@bunasta.eu and through Whatsapp, Viber, and the Telegram channel BUNASTA ORDERS.
  • Orders will be processed, but the execution time may take longer.
  • Responses to inquiries will be sent from a temporary email address.

After the updates are completed, emails containing order status updates or completed work may be sent again.

The updates are expected to take up to 6 hours. We anticipate that by 1:00 p.m., our systems will be fully operational and functioning as usual.
