Return, Cancellation and Re-Service Policy

Returns, Cancellations, and Re-Service Overview:

1.1. Bunasta UAB is committed to delivering quality services to customers in compliance with standard EU regulations. This policy outlines procedures for returns, cancellations, and re-service.

Cancellation:

2.1. Customers have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase.

2.2. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team within the 14-day period via email (info@bunasta.eu) or phone (+37065882272).

2.3. Customers should provide order number, service description, and reason for cancellation.

2.4. Cancellation before the 'In progress' stage is non-taxable; during the 'In progress' stage, it is taxable, but individual review is conducted based on reasons.

2.5. If an order is fulfilled and subsequently cancelled by the client, review is conducted to determine the service availed; if not availed, cancellation is processed and taxed.

Re-Service:

3.1. Re-service initiated by the client is taxable.

3.2. Re-service due to our/declarants/contractors/customs requirements is non-taxable.

Eligibility and Refund Process:

4.1. To be eligible for a return or cancellation, the request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

4.2. Refunds, covering the full-service price excluding transaction fees, will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Exceptions to Return and Cancellation:

5.1. The 14-day return period does not apply to fully consumed/utilized services or customized/personalized services.

Customer Responsibilities:

6.1. Customers must provide accurate information during the return or cancellation process.

6.2. Confirmation of return or cancellation from Bunasta UAB is the customer's responsibility.
