Warranty certificates are required for the transit of goods via the countries of the Customs Union. As from July 1st, 2016 the Belarusian border control ONLY accepts electronic warranty certificates. The only thing the driver has to do at the customs is to present the transit declaration. The declaration can be printed out at the drivers’ service stations or at our company’s print/scan centers. The driver also receives en EPI code.

Documents needed for the warranty certificate:
  1. The driver’s passport
  2. The vehicle’s and the truck’s technical passports
  3. CMR
  4. Invoice
  5. The cargo’s packing list and/or specification (if there is one)
  6. FITO or VET certificate (if needed)
  7. The truck’s compatibility certificate
  8. Name of the border crossing point
  9. The driver’s contact phone number
  10. Approximate time when the drive expects to be at the warranty pick up point
